TSA protects the nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.

Information Collected:
The only personal information we collect is the information which you enter on the Order Form pages: shipping and billing name and address, email address, phone number and credit card information.

Uses of Information:
We use the information collected ONLY for the purpose of filling your order. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We may contact you regarding your order status. If you do not wish to be contacted regarding the status of your order, please let us know.

We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.


SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Shipping & Handling is accurately calculated on our online order form, automatically determined by the quantity and the price of the product(s) ordered.
All our packages are shipped via either FedEx, Ground, or US Postal Services. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

We ship within the USA only. We do not ship internationally.
Our policy is to try to ship all products within 48 hours of receipt of the order (upon stock availability).

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, we are unable to refund the shipping & handling charge.


RETURN POLICY:

  • All Items - Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the items are in re-sellable condition.

    Please send an email to our customer service department (with your order number) for return instructions.

    Naturally we cannot accept returns of open, used or damaged products.

    We do not issue refunds in case of damaged appliance caused by improper usage of plug adapters, converters & transformers.

    The following items cannot be returned; all Tilleys products and books.

  • Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly. Please e-mail us at CustomerService@TravelProducts.com to inform us about the problem.

  • Unneeded Item - If you receive a product that you do not need any longer or a product that simply did not meet your expectation, please return it to us via a parcel carrier of your choice. NOTE that your return must be in re-sellable condition. Your return cannot be open, used or damaged. We will promptly credit your account excluding the shipping charge. 

    Or, to save you the trouble of paying shipping, you may write "Refused-Return to Sender" on unopened package.

  • Our error - If we made a mistake on your order, we make it right or give you your money back. We will pay for shipping both ways.

    If you must return an order, please mail it via US Postal Service. Please make sure your return is properly packaged so it does not break during transit.

MISCELLANEOUS:

To keep our prices low, we do not have a printed catalog, nor do we mail promotions. 

When placing an order, please make sure that your billing and your shipping address are current and correct. Incorrect billing and shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. We reserve the right to obtain a signature on certain orders over $100. If very large quantities are ordered, we may decide to ask for a payment by check.

We do not mail samples, if you are interested in our products and would like to receive a sample, you need to place an order.
